    FDR at Yalta 1945; Elie Wiesel in New York 1968

There is only one sin committed against mankind and its generation, and that is the falsification of history. ~Friedrich Hebbels

Carolyn Yeager begins the program reading from The Fire: The Bombing of Germany 1940-1945 by Jörg Friedrich about the firebombing of Pforzheim, the clock-and-jewelry-making city of 65,000 near the Black Forest. The following topics were:
  • Brief history of "Presidents Day" in the U.S.;
  • Leftists in Germany continue to re-write and minimize the bombing of Dresden and other cities;
  • Yalta "Big Three" Conference of Feb. 4-11, 1945 mandated the mistake of "Unconditional Surrender" and was a give-away to the interests of the Soviet Union, both of which resulted in the death and enslavement of many millions of European civilians;
  • Adolf Hitler's purported 1919 connection with the "Reds," as put forth by Harold Marcuse, debunked;
  • Changes made to Elie Wiesel's book Night in 2006 are for the purpose of turning a novel into an autobiography.

Rodney calls in commenting on distortions about National Socialism.

Whom would you rather live among?

The serious, respectful "Neo-Nazis" (Vid #1) or the loud, brainwashed "Commie-Anarchists" (Vid #2) ? You know, the ones with the pink-and-blue hair and the cool dance moves.

The banners of the "neo-nazis" say "Do not forgive - do not forget"  and "Honor to whom honor is due."

The marchers carrying the torches in the 2nd video are the "right-extremists." The ones running around and partying on the anniversary of the terror-bombing when over 100,000 of their recent ancestors (mostly women, children and infants, and old men) were murdered, are the "anti-fascists."

2012 posterDresden destroyed, Feb. 1945

Above: 2012 poster announcing memorial march by nationalist parties and (right) Dresden and it's great cultural treasures utterly destroyed  in two days... for why?

Tanstaafl of Age-of-Treason Blog and Carolyn Yeager try to make sense of the senseless and question why people believe the unbelievable. The destruction of Dresden and the denial of its true magnitude is symptomatic of the sickness of our age. Topics include:
  •  Carolyn reads passages about the Dresden bombing from The Fire by Jörg Friedrich;
  •  The bombing was in three waves from night to the next noontime in order to kill as many people as possible;
  •  The figures of over 100,000 dead are not off the chart, but were determined by responsible civic officers who were there;
  •  The temperature of the Dresden fires reached more than twice what is necessary for cremation;
  •  Today, political correctness insists it be played down, most especially by the German government;
  •  While in London, a new large memorial to the British pilots of Bomber Command is reaching completion;
  •  Tanstaafl’s guide to understanding the Jewish narrative is “What’s good for the Jews.” It’s no more complicated than that.

Rodney Martin call in the 2nd hour to comment on Dresden anniversary.

Carolyn Yeager and guest Christine Miller discuss the Wannsee Conference documents on the 70th Anniversary of that alleged meeting. Topics include:

  • Carolyn reads from The Fire: The Bombing of Germany 1940-45;

Charles Krafft and George Stimson join Carolyn Yeager for a discussion of the impressive designs that were a part of the Third Reich, indisputably one of the most artistically creative periods in modern history. They discuss the Allach Porcelain Works outside of Dachau; some of the well known designers working in the Reich; the passion of the militaria collector; the images most commonly used; posters, flags and banners, uniforms and weaponry such as daggers. The National Socialist Third Reich period – 1923 to 1945 – is the most popular with Collectors world-wide.

White babies with horns

Picture: Armed with party horns, serious-minded White kids usher in new year

Carolyn talks about her important themes for the new year:

  • “Holocaust” and WWII revisionism — Guy Walters is attacking Denis Avey’s book;
  • Resistance to the economic slavery under central banking debt creation systems, Wall Street manipulation and the “super security state;”
  • Defense of our right to have our own territories and not be overwhelmed by non-White immigration;
  • Increased attacks against the so-called Far Right, with the purpose of destroying all dissent to Globalist hegemony;
  • Carolyn reads some passages from the book The Fire, which she will continue in future shows.
  • Call from Frank leads to discussion of Franklin Roosevelt and the American way.

One of Adolf Hitler's favorite entertainers dies at age 108

in Adolf Hitler, World War II

Johannes Heester in March 2006, age 102

Johannes Heester, a Dutch-born performer who made his reputation in National Socialist Germany and continued to perform until recent times, died on Christmas Eve at a hospital in Starnberg, Germany, where he had been for several days.

Heesters was a tenor who made his stage debut at the age of 30 at the Volksoper in Vienna in 1934. The following year he moved to Germany with his wife and daughters, where he became a crowd favorite at the Komische Oper and Admiralspalast.

During the time of the Third Reich, he performed for Adolf Hitler. Joseph Goebbels put him on the Gottbegnadeten list (literally God-given or "Important Artist Military Exempt" list) as an artist considered crucial to National Socialist culture.

Because of this and because he visited the Dachau concentration camp in 1941 (Dachau was the first labor camp in NS Germany and seen as a model of good planning and progressive ideas in the early 30's), he was seen as an enemy or traitor to many Dutch. Heesters entertained Wehrmacht soldiers during the war, but insisted he did not entertain SS troops when at Dachau, of which he was accused.

Czech DNA tests on WWII-era corpses should provide answers about German victims

in Germany, World War II

By Tom Jones| 01.12.2011

Czech police have DNA tests results from mass grave near Jihlava and samples from the supposed German victims’ descendents.

The discovery of human remains in a mass grave near the village of Dobronín in western Moravia in August 2010 led to the launch of a historical criminal investigation — and sparked an emotional and divisive national debate about reprisals against Sudeten Germans at the end of World War II in then-Czechoslovakia. Police now have the results of DNA tests on the remains of the 13 males between the age of 30 and 60 — allegedly the victims of a violent death — and samples from their potential descendents.

Hermann Giesler's "Another Hitler" in Portuguese

in World War II

A Brazilian blogger named Valdemir Fernandes is making the Hermann Giesler Ein Anderer Hitler (Another Hitler) selections found on this website under "My Articles" available to his Portuguese-speaking readers.

The first installment, "Com Adolf Hitler em Paris" (With Adolf Hitler in Paris) has been posted at Guerras & Aventuras em Revista.

Hermann Giesler's memoir, based on his first-hand association with the Fuehrer and considered "Hitler-friendly", has never been translated into any language from its original German. Wilhelm Mann, with my assistence,  translated 10 chapters or sections into English and we published them in The Barnes Review between 2008 and 2011. We also wrote numerous commentaries and side articles to complement the Giesler material.

Now this obviously serious, talented and energetic Brazilian has asked permission to re-translate from our English into Portugese. I couldn't be happier! While I am unfamiliar with Portuguese, I can see from his first posting that he is going to do a first-class job. This is a beginning of spreading this important book to peoples of other cultures around the world who are sympathetic to nationalism, National Socialism and would like to be exposed to the "other side" of the Hitler story.  Another Hitler does just that. Please alert your friends in Brazil or Portugal to this development.

How Were Germans Treated?

in World War II

The following editorial was taken from the December 2007 Parish Notes, a monthly newsletter published by J. D. Lowe of Fredericksburg, Texas.  Jim has a solid grasp of history and German culture, and an admirable writing style.

by Jim Lowe

In a recent letter, a new reader asked how Germans were treated in the Saar, Rheinland, Sudentenland, and in pre-1938 Austria.

The Myth of German Culpability

in World War II

The Second World War?
The Sequence of Aggression

By Michael Walsh

One of the great mysteries of life is that despite the evidence to the contrary millions of otherwise intelligent people still believe that Germany was the all powerful aggressor during the Second World War. Nothing better than these myths illustrate the mind-bending power of propaganda. The provable facts suggest that Germany was the victim and not the perpetrator of naked neighboring aggression. The subsequent allied military triumph was followed by the triumph of the propagandists whose pressing need was to depict the victor nations as being the victim.

Kraigher vs Kraigher - How Tito Escaped Hitler’s “Roesselsprung” Snare

in Other Recent Articles, World War II

by Wilhelm Kriessmann and Carolyn Yeager

copyright 2008 by Wilhelm Kriessmann

Introduction ….

By the beginning of 1944, Tito’s partisan forces had gained strength in the mountainous regions of Bosnia and parts of Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia of the former Yugoslavia. Churchill himself had come round to support him after discovering his former ally, the royal Cetnik leader General Draza Mihailovich, cooperated with the Croats, Italians and even with the Germans. Close to three Tito divisions were now concentrated in the wild Karst regions of northwest Bosnia; what had been partisan skirmishes in the past now became serious military engagements. From Wolfsschanze headquarters in East Prussia, Col. General Alexander Loehr, Commander in Chief of Heeres Gruppe South East in Belgrade, received orders to eliminate Tito, who had self-promoted himself to Marshall.

A Day at the Bendlerblock—July 20th, 1944

As a supplement to Hermann Giesler’s story of the day’s events as given to him by the investigators, Wilhelm Mann has written this dramatic account of how the conspiracy unfolded and collapsed within the walls of the Bendlerblock, the makeshift headquarters of the hopeful new governing elite of the Reich.

Hitler's final offer to Poland's Josef Beck

in World War II

Giesler:Until the last massive snub by the Polish leadership at the end of August 1939, he couldn’t imagine that they would let it come to a fight.”

Adolf Hitler and Polish Foreign Minister Jozef Beck in 1937 when relations were still fairly good. By August 1939, Beck was ignoring Hitler’s requests to talk about their common borders and Hitler’s main concern that could wait no longer – Danzig.

The Germans, on August 29, made a new offer to negotiate with Poland. By this offer, they were telling the world that they preferred diplomacy to war. The Poles, by refusing this offer to talk, told the world that they favored war. British Foreign Secretary Lord Halifax, by refusing to encourage the Poles to negotiate, also favored war. What Halifax did encourage was for the Hitler government to believe that the Poles were willing to talk, when he knew they were not.
